Greetings Ladies,
I am so excited about our 2022 Women’s Spiritual Wellness Retreat!
As all of you know, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the past two years have been very trying to say the least. If you are like me, you are ready to finally be able to fellowship with other sisters in Christ. A Spiritual Wellness Retreat is exactly what we need! Truly it will be a time of refreshing, renewing and restoration.
The new date is August 11-13, 2022. Please see the details below.

RETREAT INFORMATION
The 2022 Women’s Spiritual Retreat will take place at the Hyatt Regency Savannah. Your registration fee includes round-trip coach transportation, two nights double occupancy, three meals, an evening reception, retreat materials, and lots more.
ATTIRE: Retreat attire is casual.
MEALS: Lunches on Thursday (on the way to the retreat), Friday, and Saturday are not included in registration fee. Please bring money for lunch on these days.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Two Night Resort Accommodations (2 People/Double Room or 1 Person/Single Room)
ALL ATTENDEES MUST have a valid negative COVID-19 test result. Home test results will NOT be accepted. COVID-19 testing, and the results must be presented within 48 hours of our August 11th departure.
Mecklenburg County will provide COVID-19 testing at New Beginnings Church in the Ministry Center on these days:
- Tuesday, August 9 – 9:00 AM until Noon
- Wednesday, August 10 – 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM
* Please bring your medical insurance card. If no insurance, you will need to test onsite, or at another testing site on August 9, 10, or 11. A copy of your results is acceptable via email to vhayes@nbccministries.org.
In addition to COVID-19 testing, all persons riding the bus must present proof of vaccination status.

BUS RIDERS
- Persons scheduled to ride the charter bus must arrive at the church by no later than 9:30 AM to check in and be cleared for boarding.
- Buses will depart for Savannah promptly at 10:30 AM.
- Each rider will only be allowed to bring with them a maximum of 2 luggage pieces (1 standard sized suitcase, and 1 small carry-on bag).
- The bus will make a stop at Chick-fil-A at the halfway point so that passengers can take a restroom break and pick up something for lunch.
DRIVERS
- Persons traveling directly to the hotel may begin check-in at 4:00 PM.
- Valet parking is available at the Hyatt Regency Savannah. The cost is $40.00/day with in and out parking privileges included. Please be prepared to save a credit card on file with the hotel for parking fees if you select this option.
- The Whitaker Street parking garage is across the street from the Hyatt Regency Savannah, and the cost for 24-hour parking is $16/ day. There are NO in and out privileges at this facility. (Visa and Mastercard accepted)

Retreat T-shirts will be available for sale during hotel check-in. The cost is $15 for S-XL and $20 for 2X-3X.

- Hotel Arrival and Check-in – 4:00 PM
- Dinner (meal included in registration fees) – 6:00 PM
FRIDAY, AUGUST 12
- Breakfast (meal included in registration fees) – 9:00 AM
- Lunch (meal not included in registration fees) – 12:30 PM (Group lunch tour available)
- Free Time – 4:00 PM
- Reception/Fellowship (included in registration fees) – 9:00 PM
SATURDAY, AUGUST 13
- Breakfast (meal included in registration fees) – 9:00 AM
- Boxed Lunch Distributed (meal included in registration fees) – 11:00 AM
- Head for Home – 11:15 AM
